this is so much fun.. it was funny and made me laugh and smile.. it was wonderfully narrated with a lot of laughter and love. i absolutely adore this series and cannot wait for more.

I really enjoyed this one, it actually is funny. but also thought provoking really good. I've always said Micheal is excellent when it comes to child characters.. just a heads up, the next book is even better...

When I heard about this new book that continued the wonderful world built by Ms Blake in The Chosen One Universe I had to read It, so I started with the ebook version. The book featured Nick and Jedrek's pack and their efforts to get a family for everyone of the kids they rescued. In this first book in the new spin-offs series, Víctor and Riggs story is about unconditional love and family. I completely fell in love with Gus!! I also would like to recommend even if the book can be read as standalone, to read first the books in The Chosen One Universe, not only to fully enjoy and understand this one but also because if after this book you want to know more about The Chosen One and the Hellhounds, you'll find in this one, some major spoilers. Really this book is again the proof of how brilliant is Macy Blake in creating amazing magical worlds. Of course, after reading this book I couldn’t stop re reading it and an audiobook was the perfect solution for it. For a book this good the voice actor needed to be just as good so Michael Dean was the natural choice for the job. A captivating performance, full of charisma and talent, he really helped to bring the characters alive! And outstanding narration for a wonderful reading! I can’t wait for what is coming next!

I'm in love with this world! Victor and Riggs are so good together and add in cute little Gus😄 Interesting story, nice to catch up a little with Sawyer and co. Lots of humour, heat. Really good addition to the Chosen One world and as the start of it's own new world!

Michael Dean is a joy to listen to, and with this story he shows why he's a great choice. He had great voices for Victor, Riggs and the other characters. I especially loved how he portrayed Gus. Great story, great audio - what's not to love?
