I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”This is your morning prayer for calm, for strength, and for the reassurance that you are not facing this day alone. If you’ve woken up with anxious thoughts, or your mind is already carrying more than it should, this moment is for you. This is a prayer to steady your heart and help you begin the day with peace. Father, as this new day begins, we come to You just as we are. Not trying to hide what we feel. Not trying to push past it too quickly. But bringing it into Your presence. You see what is on our minds. You understand what we are carrying. And You speak clearly— do not fear. Not because everything is certain, but because You are with us. So we pause here. We take a breath. We allow Your presence to settle us. You are not distant. You are not far away. You are here. And You are strengthening us. So I bring the anxiety I am feeling to You. I bring the thoughts that are unsettled. I bring the concerns that are already rising. I place them in Your hands. And I do not need to carry them alone. I release the fear of what might happen today. I release the pressure to have everything under control. I release the weight that has already begun to build. I release it. And now, I receive. I receive strength for this day. I receive calm in my thoughts. I receive the reassurance that You are holding me. I receive. And now I step into this day with quiet confidence. Not because I have all the answers, but because You are with me. God is with you now. You are not alone in this moment. Across the world, wherever we are listening, You are bringing peace.
