This is a brilliant book with an in-depth introduction to breathing including how to breath physically and what parts of the body we should use, how breathing can support us through life’s challenges including stress, anxiety and depression and so much more. It includes amazing exercises which you can turn to and if you like me you listen to it on Audible, you can add a bookmark to turn to easily.

If you have done mindfulness and meditation in the past then this book will be extremely effective. I had a basic understanding of the importance of breathing, however after reading this book I realised the impact this can have on both our bodies physically and mental health.

Rebecca has a gentle calm voice which also adds to the amazing experience of listening to this book.

If you are suffering from anxiety, stress, trauma, depression and other mental health issues then I would highly recommend this book for you.

The audio book content is excellent but unfortunately people that are hard of hearing struggle to hear Rebecca’s voice over the background music. She has a soft voice at times snd the music just simply drowns out her words which is such a shame
The originators should make an effort to make these books suitable for inclusivity

I recommend you listen to this audio download. Rebecca Dennis is amazing . Her breathe work has changed my life, I meditate using her online episodes and now I can use this download when ever I need to . If you need help with you anxiety this will truly help you . 5 stars from me
