    Sorry, Pigs Might Fly, but I actually loved these. I would've appreciated a change in the background music from CD to CD, but that's a minor whinge! I'm a big fan of James Ray's energy & passion. If you're at all interested in shamanic principles & pacchi mama (Mother Earth), you'll find these meditations and the Hawaiian 'ha' breathing very powerful processes. The breathing technique especially can be used whenever & wherever. These visualisations really can/do change things if you go in with an open mind & really listen & do.....

    Very disappointment with this book. I sat upright as requested but I still went asleep from boredom. Can't understand the list price value of it. Glad it only cost me one credit.

    These meditations are just old fashioned and completely out of date to use by anybody. The meditations didn't work even for a 1 minute. By listening to this I first collapse my mind. For the first time I started thinking fairly to get a refund for my waste of time.
