About this listen

The Merchant is dead. His faithful Navis are being hunted. Did the promises of the Merchant die with him?

In a galaxy where ancient prophecies and futuristic technology collide, Daeson and Raviel Starlore embark on a clandestine mission to save their world from the cunning and formidable Lord Dracus. As the archenemy of Ell Yon seeks to control the fate of the galaxy, Daeson and Raviel risk everything as they race against time to navigate through the treacherous Gehenna Cluster. Meanwhile, their daughter, Brae Starlore, and her loyal companion, Rhett Stryker, discover hope in the empty crypt of the Merchant, the Son of Sovereign Ell Yon. As they rally to build an underground network of loyal followers, the mysterious Protectors begin to reveal power the Navis never imagined possible. But Preeminent Fasa Kylos, Lord Dracus’s unsuspecting pawn, is intent on wiping them from the planet. Will Brae and Rhett succeed in their quest to bring hope to the galaxy or will Dracus and his evil lieutenants succeed in eradicating the Merchant’s plan to save humanity?

Embrace the journey. Experience the adventure. Discover the legacy.

Although I felt this was the least strong of the series thus far, it was still good. I think a lot of time was given to stage setting but I hope the next book is on audible soon. I felt the characters were not as engaging as Dayson, Raviel and Tig were. I still found Brae to be incredibly dull and annoying in this book, if not for Rett and Ledger I would have been fairly bored. I gave it full stars as the narration and storyline was good, and it's been a very enjoyable series to listen to. One would need to listen to this book to make sense of the next.

Overall very good - narration and writing
