Very eye opening facts and knowledge I honestly recommend this to anyone who wants to understand the mechanism of the human body and the healing process from all types diseases and deficiencies! Absolutely brilliant!

The bulk of the book is a reference guide - listening to it is like having a dictionary read to you!

I think the content is good 'technically', and the author is too -- and the 'performance' is as good as you could expect given the format, but after a few chapters, I am returning the book... because it simply doesn't work as an audio book.
