why ? why? why? this is the mother of All cliffhangers and I have to wait until June to continue and maybe longer for the audio book. I am crying tears. it was so good.

I cannot wait for the next instalment. I love this series, I had to read the previous book to remind me of the plot but it was well worth the wait. By far one of my favourite series. It’s so detailed and the pacing is excellent. The narration is also brilliant, kudos.

love the series, it's a power fantasy, but the whole avengers teleportation heist annoyed me. The writer put so much effort into distance being a huge hurdle in the continent l, Felix discovered a wormhole network that was fraught with danger and strict location requirements. Then boom the enemy can teleport right next to you from the other side of the continent. I don't care about the GOD power, the pathless didn't have it and that was good. Now it's a thing and it's cheap and lore breaking.
