It walks us through the why, what, and how to repair and reset your gut, covering a number of lifestyle choices and behaviours that may have a significant influence, and provides a variety of practical tools (such as a four-week gut healing plan and recipes) to make some simple but much needed adjustments in lifestyle. I've struggled for year with gut health. Sometimes I get backed up and with that comes pain and uncomfortable issues, etc. Now I am very mindful of what I do and put into my body to maintain gut health. But it has all been a guess, I have never researched it beyond what the doctors have told me. I really appreciated this 4 week plan by Kara. The bonus was the recipes as I am a recipe girl!
