You can't compare Henry V with modern day ideals, that's just wrong. Henry was the monarch of his times. An excellent book, well written and well narrated. Ties in nicely with Richard II and Henry IV. Thoroughly recommend this title, author and the narration.

Yet again the inevitable Dan Jones delivers a masterpiece. A much more involved and concise delve into the unknown and less published side of Henry V.
Thoroughly enjoyed this book and felt emotional when it came to an end. Thank You for yet another fabulous book

I enjoyed this audiobook immensely and the narrator- the author- reads fluently, maintaining the flow of the history of a remarkable but deeply flawed individual. I’m obviously influenced by my own 21st century viewpoint of medieval history but Dan Brown presents a balanced and thoughtful picture. I recommend this book
