Another exciting fated mates story in this series where Haley and Stephan have to try and work through their pasts and family issues.

Over the last few days, I've been listening to the audiobooks in this series. This one is my favorite. I loved the characters- Stefan was a sweet and strong character who is honorable- a prior alpha who decided to join in with the Kingston family (he helped the family in the first book). He accepted his lot in his life and grew as a character. Harley, also, was a great character. She was strong and mature. I loved the way she handled everything thrown at her. In prior books, i have to admit that I found issues with the couple but not in this one.

The audiobook was good- Bitsy Hill was also my favorite of the narrators from these last 3 books (There were a couple of editing mistakes such as repeated lines). She did a good job with the male and female voices. I do wish there was a dual narration since this does tell the story from the POV of both Stefan and Harley. However, this was an enjoyable story and I'm happy to have had the opportunity to listen.

Another outstanding fantasy romance by Roxie Ray; she is fast becoming my go-to author for the genre. Her Dragon Lover, the third edition of the Black Claw Dragons series, is a wonderfully written fated mate fantasy romance. The world-building is fantastically done and very imaginative. The storyline is terrific, engaging, and steamy with fabulous characters. Harley and Stefan are a perfect match, and their chemistry is off the charts.

Bitsy Hill's performance was spot on; she portrayed the characters and their connection very nicely. I genuinely enjoyed Her Dragon Lover, it was a very entertaining listen and can't wait for the rest of the series. I highly recommend this audiobook. I was given a free copy of this audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

This is a great couple that have a lovely relationship. They work well together. This shifter book was more about the people rather than the dragons per se. Bitsy gave a fantastic performance.

This book concentrated mainly on Stefan and Harley things are not easy as Stefan is in denial about his feelings for her but his Dragon won’t give in so easy. When he finds out she’s in trouble everything changes and he realises he can’t deny she’s his fated mate and goes all out to protect her . Loved that the characters from previous books are in it and can’t wait to listen to more in the series.
