Love the ever broadening scope of the whole storyline not the usual sci fi trope

A little bit ponderous not as fast moving as the first two books but still quite enjoyable. Some of the character development took too long. Some of the characters were quite forgettable and there was some repetition. I’m going to stick with a series and listen to book four.

This book was again another good build to the universe of this series, I'm enjoying it very well and I'm glad my Irish character is back again. Hope to see more of him

In book 3 I find the story now starting to get very similar to the other two. In fact, the land war is getting boring. The rest of the story is moving forward, however, even this element is becoming easy to predict its future line. I am still interested and will listen to the others in the series after a small rest from it.
