I love an omegaverse romance and have never read one that I haven't enjoyed!

This was my first time reading anything by Devyn Sinclair and I loved this storyline.

The FMC is a twin Omega and I felt like there was a previous story of the sister finding her pack.

The FMC has always been second best and has always been in the public eye and this has really warped her view of herself.

I will be reading more of this series.

I think everything was really well told and moved the plot, think it was just a little bit too many spicy scenes for me tho, wish I got more story with them instead but otherwise a good book 😊

I love why you choose, but I'm newer to omegaverse in the sense that I've only read a handful of them.
I absolutely loved the plot of this book with our FMC trying to deal with the fact that her famous identical twin (who she loves dearly) is so tied to her own identity and the one everyone wants. The interpersonal relationships with her sister, her mother, her father who passed (before our book begins) and her feelings about having to accept being alone without a pack of her own, are so well explored. There is so much depth and you feel it all!!!
The MMCs are all super unique and easy to tell apart and not get confused. They are alphas, but some of the emotions shown to us from them at times are so raw, and they could not be further from toxic. They compliment each other perfectly.
I devoured this books but honestly, I struggled with the spice, which seems to be a common theme for me in omegaverse. I read 3 to 5 🌶 as a standard 😆 (this has ALOT of spice) but the wording in a omegaverse, slick, nests, 'present for your alpha', perfuming, purring, flavoured fluids like strawberry and cupcakes gives me the ick and takes me out of the spice.
That's a me thing and I don't regret this book for a second and I'm going to continue (I just speed up the audio on the spice lol) with the series, I love this authors writing style and I am so glad I discovered this book/author!
At time of this review, it's free in the Audible plus catalogue. The audio book is brilliant!!! I highly recommend!
