I love Louise Hay's work. this is the second of her cd's I have purchased. It does help make you feel good and you do find that the affirmations start to stick with you even if you are only listening and not doing the mirror work and exercises. I listen to it driving home and her voice and manner are very relaxing. I'd recommend it just for the feel good factor.
