As Andy himself said, he is talented as weaving a story together and guiding you through it. Having watched the TG and GT episodes, this audiobook was a great accompaniment, showing you what went into making them, and some of the production strories behind some well known events. I'm still not convinced of the Patagonia number plate controvasy however, far too much of a coincidence Mr Wilman, you doth protest too much of your innocence in that story...

Having seen all of Top Gear, and Grand Tour. Hearing the story of how it all began to the very end of it all was surprisingly good. The behind the scene story's were amazing.

A book that evokes fantastic memories and perfectly encapsulates 22 years of something that we will all miss , and perhaps took for granted. “Mr Wilman” is mentioned in pretty much all of the challenges over this time , and this never sell indulgent book reveals just how fundamental Andy’s drive , perseverance, and unrivalled talent contributed behind the scenes of the best “band” of the 21st century. The best book in the world , well , of late, and of its type , and due to the sentiment and… oh just

Such a superb story of how Jeremy and Mr Willman orchestrated the rebirth of Top Gear and then resurrected car entertainment and laddish friendship into The Grand Tour. No holds barred, very honest and at most times self deprecating, this is a wonderful story, really well narrated by Mr Willman and at the end of the book you really appreciate and understand what these incredible people did. So pleased I listened to this and thank you to the author for taking time to tell his side of the legend. Probably the best audio book I have listened to.

Essential listening for all Top Gear and Grand Tour fans. Just brilliant!
