Tommy and Evelyn Christie have reluctantly agreed to host the wedding of Tommy's mother to Andrew Parsons, the Marquess of York, at their home Hessleham Hall.

I love these Tommy and Evelyn books but....... This narrator makes it very difficult to understand some of the characters. She adopts a terrible, squeaky, pseudo upper class accent, (posh), which is not easy to listen to. Not for me, sorry.🤔
