This book is an absolute lifesaver for ADHDers who want to get on top of the chaos without feeling judged or overwhelmed. It’s written with such an empathetic, playful tone that it genuinely feels like a kind, encouraging guide rather than another “self-help” lecture.

What really sets it apart is how the tasks are broken down into small, manageable chunks, making it so much easier to get started (and actually finish things). There’s a real understanding of how ADHD brains work, and it shows on every page.

I’ve already started weaving several of the strategies into my daily routine, and the impact has been immediate and surprisingly sustainable. It’s rare to find a book that feels this practical and this compassionate. I’m honestly so grateful to have found it — highly recommend to anyone looking for supportive, realistic ADHD tools that actually work.

Brilliant!

I honestly felt very seen listening to this audiobook. It doesn’t just talk about ADHD—it actually understands how messy, inconsistent, and overwhelming things can feel day to day.
I’ve tried organising before and always fall off track, but this felt different. The ideas are simple and realistic, not the kind that make you feel like you need a complete life overhaul. It’s more like “try this small thing” instead of “fix everything at once,” which I really needed.
I also liked the tone—it’s supportive, not preachy. I didn’t feel judged, just gently nudged in the right direction.
It actually made me want to try again (which says a lot!). If you struggle to stay organised or keep routines going, this is a really relatable and encouraging listen. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Felt Seen (and Slightly Called Out 😄)
