It is amazing how much the mind can do when it is properly relaxed and quiet. This program proves that quitting doesn't have to be a constant battle against bad cravings. The audio tracks are filled with helpful ideas that aim to break the link between being stressed and smoking. The pacing is excellent, giving plenty of time for the listener to soak in the message.
