I'd starting listening to this a while back and had to stop because the frequent inexplicable pronunciation was too jarring but I wanted to give it another go as the author has written some other really good Sherlock Holmes stories. Nonetheless, within minutes ennui and fugue appeared and were just not right. Occasional oddities are almost to be expected at this point but there are limits. You might be bothered less and you can always return it but it wasn't for me.
