This audiobook was awesome and brought me back to my high school year: this audiobook is an excellent resource to learn and understand mental strategies for athletes. It gives great advice on how to remain calm in moment of great stress and also helps build confidence. My older sister has been an athlete her all life, and it took her years to build a great mindset during races, she would have loved to hear this audiobook when she was younger. It's easy and instructive: I was fascinated and truly loved it. I would recommend it to anyone young athletes and their parents.
