This book is a bit of a mix, there's clearly a lot of good ideas in here, but some listeners may find parts of the content, wishy washy and airy fairy, which I think the author could improve upon by driving into depth on style of the ideas.

Some of the concepts are not explained well enough. They resonate to those who already familiar with the concepts with lots of allegories, but I think for those who are hearing it for the first time, more explanation is needed.

I think more diversity in the spiritual traditions would help, there are many great sages in the world, but this book only focuses on a couple of spiritually traditions. This creates a disconnect for those who aren't from the same background as the author, as their spiritual traditions are completely dismissed. This creates a sense that those sages did not contribute anything to the goodness and live if the world. More effort could be made for inclusion.

Overall this is a feel good book, with lots of nice moments to lift up the spirit.
