Valuable reminder to be mindful and of the role for meditation. Useful exercises and good food for thought. Not the most interesting book to listen to while driving but it is okay!

What a great book and I am totally in love with Andy's voice! The emphasis he puts on certain words and the way you can hear him smiling. I think this is life changing and I'd recommend it to anyone.

I also have the book as it’s nice to easily find my place and read at my leisure. Andy’s voice is relaxing and I use his Headspace app to destress in the evenings even though best results are in the mornings. Can recommend the book, audible and app if you suffer from anxiety or depression or you’re easily caught up in life and need some space to unwind. 5 stars....... need I say more.......
