i went into this expecting a proper creepy book, and it is creepy and dark but its quite lighthearted and theres funny moments so its not like a proper horror or thriller. i enjoyed it, it was quite sweet, despite the awful goriness lol 😆

I loved the characters so much (please can we have more stories with them?!). This book was proper escapism for me. Funny, horrific, disturbing and the narrator really brought it all to life. More please!

An excellent and terrifying adventure

I almost did not finish this twice but the writing is addictive. At first I kept thinking, wth is this nonsense? But I enjoyed the ending and then the rest of the story makes a bit more sense….sort of…. There’s a bit too much dialogue that can be distracting/annoying but I would read more by this writer.
