My Fate.

Those were the words being whispered behind closed doors.

A secret that echoed down these dark hallways, like it held power.

I wanted to believe I was safe in this new land.

Wanted to trust the man I was losing my heart too.

Because the spell had been cast and love had weaved itself around me.

But could that love really conquer all?

Could it really be powerful enough to defeat our enemies?

Or would it only jeopardise the future?

For the Rift was calling me and I knew the truth.

That in the end, I would be the key to…

The Kingdom’s Fate.

How does this series just keep getting better! I love every book so far and this was no exception. I was laughing, crying and white knuckling my kindle. I couldn’t put it down and sleep had to wait. Arrrghhh can’t wait for the next book! The audio is perfection i can’t recommend this enough

This series is everything and duet narration just makes it better

This book should not have been. Far too much internal dialogue. The overall story isn’t bad at all but the series is far too long. However the narration on this book really is good and definitely helps you finish the story.

Really good narration, made the story better

This is the third book on the rift series and is action packed and follows Alex as she attempts to save Atlas from a war he is about to make for a wrong reason.

My favourite part of this book was honestly the friendship between Alex and Aster and omg I love them so much the banter they have and the protection they have for each other.

Amanda Leigh Cobbs, Ryan Lee Dunlap & James Cassidy are so fantastic in this audio book series all the different character voices are all so different and each time a new character is introduced I am just blown away.

I can’t wait for this next book because that ending I need to know what’s next!!!

I’m enjoying this series so much

I had to go look when the next book was out after that cliffhanger - the biggest one in the series so far! I'm still enjoying this series, love the world, the story and characters but I'm personally not a fan of the main characters being separated for a whole chunk of a book or the entire book, I know it makes sense for the story but I do end up thinking "chop chop - get on with reuniting already" - that said at just about the point I was musing over if we'd even see Atlas in this book at all the plot went in a certain direction that I quite enjoyed and if this series ends up being why choose by the end I'd be totally ok with that, it probably won't with Atlas and Alex being fated mates and it maybe not fitting with the whole story but I'd still be ok with it, on the flip side of that I really do hope there isn't a sacrifice a la Shadows So Cruel by Liv Zander (IYKYK) as I'd be absolutely gutted.

Atlas who? My campaign for the Theron spin off starts now; Ryan Lee Dunlap had me swooning all over the place! Chapter 25 had me in absolute stitches; all three narrators had me cracking up. Unfiltered Alex may be my new favourite Alex; Amanda Leigh Cobb's delivery was so perfect. I've already gone back and listened to it twice!

I'm not usually a fan of when characters are separated for great periods of time but I do love a quest so wasn't too mad about Alex and Aster's side mission. I didn't really feel the absence of Atlas as much as I thought I would; Alex is a capable FMC and although she made a couple of questionable choices, I am enjoying her journey and how confident she is becoming. The found family element has been my favourite part of this series so far and I loved Aster and Alex's bond developing. Little Bull may just be the cutest thing I have heard in a while; James Cassidy's bashful Aster was a real highlight although his banter with Alex was a lot of fun.

There's an action packed finale to deal with and I'm intrigued to see where book four goes. There are a few loose plot threads so anything could happen at this point!
