This is such a fun novel. Anyone who grew up loving Pacific Rim, Zoids, Gundam, Godzilla, or any other kaiju and mech media will love this. The audio performance is top tier, with different voice styles for each character, giving a nice rounded reading experience.
If you’re looking for a kaiju populated world to lose yourself in, you’ve come to the right place. Terra puts her titans front and centre, marvelling at their majesty in a way few others capture. The variety in design and behaviours of the creatures is enough to show she really knows why she’s talking about, and has every bit as much respect for them as Rayne herself.
The battles are tense and well worked, with great thought put into kaiju strengths and weaknesses to keep things interesting.

I don’t think I can recommend this enough.
