The path to freedom and peace is eloquently described by Gordon Collins. A modern and easy to understand version of the ancient Hindu scripture, the Bhagavad Gita. It is easy to follow and read slowly and calmly by Raymond Collins as a meditation. There is a lot of information and I had to concentrate hard to take it all in. I came away with the message that the body and mind are vessels for the soul and that by Grace the ego can be superseded by the spirit, Bramman, the core of the being and life itself.
