An overall enjoyable listen, interesting magic system and characters and good production. Disappointed only in the ending of the book that felt heavily rushed and a bit forced compared to the rest of the book.

This book was as good as the first. Well read, and a very good storyline that kept me interested to the very last. Plus it made my eyes leak a bit, which is always the mark of a good storyteller.

I loved it!! Such a good read. The banter, the adventure, the love and the tension - it had me hooked the whole way thru. I wish the story could continue because I love the characters so, and I want to be with them a little while longer. But alas, all good things must come to and end.
