I've tried *quite a lot* of the sleep apps in order to help me sleep. I get around 3-4 hours sleep per night (on average) for three reasons: 1) My brain is very active and thoughts stop me from sleeping, 2) most nights, pain wakes me up after only a few hours of sleep and I can't get back to sleep, and 3) the rare nights where I don't get pain after a few hours of sleep, I will wake up anyway because my body is used to that routine.
For getting to sleep as soon as I get into bed... this book is FANTASTIC! The first section of the book, *The Political Crisis in Belgium* section... I was asleep before the section finished!
When I wake up due to pain, the book doesn't work. The book cannot solve my pain (or at least that is not my expectation of the book).
When I wake up without pain and because of routine, the book actually works yet again! I managed 7 hours 20 mins of sleep last night (probably the most I have had in the last couple of years). I woke up three times, and each time, the book sent me back to sleep.
This book works perfectly for the sleep scenario that I purchased it for (1)... and it is a bonus for me that it also works for scenario (3).
