loved lou diamond as always. the whole campus storyline has me gripped from start to finish

I am always a little wary when I see a book written by some famous author "with" someone else and wonder just how much of the the former we are getting. I have been disappointment with the last few Tom Clancy books I have read and so bought this with not very high expectations. The Reader is good although as normal some of the American pronunciations make me wince or smile but than it its and American book so to complain of and American reading it would seem a little churlish . The story however is right back on form and reminds me much more of the earlier Ryan novels. I have always enjoyed Clancy's level of detail and slow unwinding or plot mixed in with the compelling action. This seems to be right back on form. I still prefer the earlier Ryan books but am now looking forward to the next with some anticipation.
