This week, we've taken the opportunity to share a podcast that was recorded 3 years ago, when our own podcast was still a gangly youth.
Tom was invited on to the marvellous Rachel Morris's 'You Are Not a Frog Podcast' and had a conversation with Rachel about the different coaching approaches that exist.
In this hour-long episode Tom and Rachel explore the benefits of coaching and how wonderful it is to be truly listened to. They also take a look at how different approaches might be useful in working with different topics and with different clients.
Tom provides a whistle stop tour of the coaching approaches that we teach on our Doctors' Transformational Coaching Diploma and even engages in a couple of brief coaching demonstrations to help generate some new thinking for Rachel.
Settle in for a good listen!
