In today’s episode, I share my story on how I learned to access my inner brilliance and how I reprogrammed my negative beliefs. I talk about how I took back my narrative and gained the strength to choose my own path dispute outside influences trying to tell me who I am.

Before you take a listen, I want to point out that not everyone experiences mental illness in the same way and there is no one size fits all. This is just the way I decided to handle mine and it worked out beautifully for me. Hopefully you can take parts of my method and story and apply what works for you to your life. I don’t struggle as much with anxiety and bipolar disorder as I use to but depression and schizophrenia are still very much present in my life. I still don’t see anything wrong with them as long as I can function and do what I need to do to succeed. It’s because of this belief that my self belief is through the roof.

I also want to point out that my coaching is on a pause right now. I’m not sure when it will start back up again but I’ve decided to just focus on my speaking and skill development for now.

I hope my story has inspired you to choose your own story and take back your power from those who tried to choose it for you.
