A podcast exploring the depth and breast of the chest experience. Telling the personal stories and experiences we just want to get off our… ribcage? • A teen’s take on posting pictures of babies breastfeeding online
    May 14 2026

Starting with a bang with talking about posting pics of kids online with the 16 year old who inspired the beginning of the online lactation and parenting support resource, The Leaky Boob.

My guest for the next 4 episodes is the one that inspired the launch of The Leaky Boob after a breastfeeding experience that nearly broke me. I’m so happy to welcome my 5th and middlest child, Cosette Martin-Weber, to the show. To start this 4 episode series Cosette and I discuss how she feels about the angry and concerned messages I’ve received about posting photos and videos of her on social media, how she feels about the pictures posted of her as a child on the internet, whether or not parents should post photos and videos of their children online, and how the age of AI has introduced new ways for strangers to misuse our family photos and videos.

We get into some of the strategies I use to handle unwanted interactions and images from creeps on The Leaky Boob.

It’s such an important topic that that entire conversation is included in the regular episode. However, to hear more about Cosette’s “hooker” lifestyle and the shocking things she said in front of her parents in the musical she was in recently, do not miss the extended episode on Patreon!

  • Two Icons of the chest- A goddess
    Apr 30 2026

From the plastic of all plastics, Barbie, now on to a stone cold show stopper of a goddess. Our two part episode with teen Evangeline Martin-Weber wraps up with a look at the ancient goddess Artemis.

Many goddesses have substantial chests across a number of cultures, we’re focusing on one that had a temple that was one of the 7 Wonders of the Ancient World. Not exactly the Barbie of her day, Artemis of Ephesus was depicted with a chest that was sure to raise some questions. The goddess of midwives, childbirth, protector of fertility, protector of young girls and women, and defender protector of Asia Minor and Ephesus, Artemis of Ephesus has a lot of crossover with the Artemis of Greek mythology while blazing her own trail as a major deity with an impressive upper torso.

This conversation covers a lot, swearing in our household and on the pod, adulting as a teenager, Percy Jackson and Rick Riordan, and somehow even bull testes. There are book suggestions (want to join a book club?) and a set of would you rather questions that hit hard.

Patreon has the extended episode with more personal chatter about college and majors, swearing in middle school, more in depth discussion about our girl Artemis of Ephesus and which Greek god would be our parents… probably.

  • Two Icons of the chest- Hey Barbie!
    Apr 24 2026

These two figures have been celebrated by whole societies, replicated, and adored. Icons of the chest, their shape shaped the minds of their devoted fans for generations. At once larger than life and easy to grasp, these feminine forces of power held sway over the imaginations of the masses.

But we’re only talking about one of them this ep, you’ll have to check out the next episode for the other one.

Barbie, queen of the dolls, has a history that isn’t all that long. Most know how Barbie got her start but do you know about her more recent history and the detours and missteps she took before Margot Robbie wore the iconic black and white bathing suit and brought Barbie’s sparkling perfect pink world to life on the big screen.

Joined by a first time special guest, Jessica and her co-host talk about some must-read book recommendations, food nicknames for mammary glands (hey, should that have been one of them?), school subjects, and some of the more recent history of Barbie. Get a sneak peek into the mind of a Gen Z American teenager on what she feels about history, school, body image, and social pressures, pop culture, Barbie dolls, politics, and facing the state of the world today as a high school senior.

The extras in Patreon are a doozy this time! We had a lot of chatter that showed off our ADHD, Evangeline is trying to bring back “rad” (the 1970s called and asked for their slang back) and “huzza” (Hello Shakespeare, is that you?) and we talk more about why we like the Barbie movie, conversation about makeup including how Jessica responds to her 8 yr old’s self-expression with makeup, more talk about Shakespeare, and randomness that we just don’t have the room to list here.
