Although Gilbert has gone, he and his tireless and dedicated co host Frank Santopadre have left behind an huge archive of entertaining and illuminating interviews with some important popular culture figures. Frank’s detailed research and encyclopaedic knowledge, combined with Gilbert’s humour, gift for mimicry and singing voice, make this an genuinely important trove of information for anyone interested in popular tv, movies and music especially from the 50s to the 80s. Dip in as you like - but be prepared to get hooked (and obsessed with Cesar Romero).
