  • The Murder of Natalie McNally
    Jun 9 2026

A study from America has shown that pregnant women are more likely to die by homicide than by obstetric complications, with the majority of perpetrators being the woman's intimate partner.

Natalie McNally was a woman in her first trimester when she was found dead by her partner, the baby's father, Stephen. The police suspected him straight away, but he'd been live streaming at the time of her murder.... so who killed Natalie?

    This is REAL.

  • Unduly Lenient: The Fordingbridge 3
    Jun 2 2026

3 Offenders, 2 Traumatised Victims, 1 Judge, 0 Days in Prison.

Aprox. 830 cases are submitted to the UK's Unduly Lenient Sentencing Scheme each year. Members of the public and those affected by the crimes committed can ask for the case to be reviewed by the Court of Appeal if the sentence doesn't match the public's expectation for the crime.

And every year, between 100-140 have their sentences increased.... but what happens to those who don't?

    This is REAL.

If you want to report a sentence that you feel is unduly lenient from a Crown Court and you are in England or Wales, please see here:

Brilliant podcast! Really enjoying listening! Loving the detail she goes into and the way they're presented.

love it

I don't normally leave reviews, but this podcast has ignited a string sense of belief that this young man is innocent and Jodi's killer has literally gotten away with murder.

I'm convinced

have been listening to this podcast for a while and can honestly say its one of the best, the detail and attention to the victim rather than the killer is done so tastefully - highly recommend

one of the best out there

As a host Channell is more guide on the side than sage on the stage, giving voice to the voiceless and space to families, friends and others affected to share their perspectives.

An honest, compassionate, survivor-focused and trauma informed podcast. A refreshing take on the true crime genre.
