In chapter 11, Robin, Mary, and their classmates learn how much their talent show fundraiser made, and what happened to the money. Robin takes the immediate need for dog food into his own hands and leads some of the other students to get some of the food left at the puppy mill that was shut down. Some of the Vaulken Gang members show up, and they have to fight them off to get away.
