In this solo episode I chat about my recent exploration in my more ancient ancestry. This reciprocal relationship has provided me with so much connection, belonging and nourishment that I didn't quite realize that I was lacking. I also expound on this connection with ancestry and how it directly ties with our connection with earth and our own bodies. To provide a reminder that modern society has not been shaped in such a way to support the true nature of humanity in each one of us- and to begin to surrender from that shame.

Amanda Rose is our lovely guest on today's podcast episode. We discuss about the power that can be unlocked through vocal & musical expression, whether that's through singing, chanting, toning, or playing instruments. She is a student & teacher of yoga who offers a unique insight on the relationship of the voice in the chakra system. She helps individuals to find empowerment through the voice by offering vocal lessons in person or virtually.
