• "Allowing God to Guide! - The Process."
    Apr 22 2026

A God-given vision can excite us, but it may also tempt us to move ahead of God’s timing. I’ve experienced anxiety and pressure when trying to take control, rather than letting God lead as He promises.

Through decades of walking with the Lord as a leader and in life, I have learned the value of a faith-based reset. This means returning to intimacy with God for every decision. It is not a box to check—it is a living, daily relationship with Jesus Christ. In this relationship, I listen for His voice, respond in obedience, and trust the Holy Spirit to guide each step. Psalm 32:8 is a guiding light: 'I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you.' God’s promise is sure. He will lead us on the best path, advise us, and watch over us. This truth brings peace and confidence. It frees us from striving and reminds us that we do not have to force outcomes in our own strength.

In my journey, God has confirmed His direction in two powerful ways. First, He speaks through His Word as I read and meditate on Scripture. Second, He guides me through wise, godly people whose lives show the fruit of His Spirit. I regularly ask the Lord practical questions. This helps me keep my heart aligned with His will, plan, and purpose. It prevents impatience and fear.

If you are seeking clarity and peace in your pursuit of God’s vision, I invite you to join me in purposeful faith. Take a moment to share this message with someone who may feel overwhelmed. Together, let’s commit to trusting God, building on our relationship with Him, and supporting each other as we walk in faith toward His promises.

  • How Knowing Who You Are In Christ Fuels Big Goals
    Apr 15 2026

Big dreams can feel exciting right up until they feel impossible. When that happens, we don’t just need motivation we need identity. I share a focused word of encouragement about the power of understanding who you are in Christ, and why that one shift changes how you approach goals, vision, and the opportunities God puts in front of you.

I talk through a personal turning point: a new assignment to write a second book, “Identity Matters,” and the reminder that when God calls us, He also equips us. We’re not left to grind it out alone. The Holy Spirit lives within us, and God has not given us a spirit of fear but of power, love, and a sound mind. That truth turns calling from pressure into partnership with God.

We also name the real battle for your focus. Using John 10:10, Isaiah 41:8–10, Joshua 1:9, and Proverbs 2:6, I unpack how remembering God’s faithfulness builds conviction and courage, and how distractions can be anything even “good” things that pull our attention away from Jesus. If you’ve been hesitant, overwhelmed, or unsure you can do what God is asking, this message is a reset for your mind and your faith.

If this encourages you, subscribe, share it with someone who needs courage today, and leave a review telling me what assignment you’re stepping into next.

  • "Knowing Who You Are In Christ! - Identity Matters!" ...
    Apr 8 2026

The fastest way to shrink your life is to keep living from an identity God never gave you. We talk straight about the “old lens” many of us still wear, the mindset built from insecurity, upbringing, failure, or fear, and why it quietly blocks the vision God is trying to grow in us.

We ground the conversation in Scripture that clarifies Christian identity without hype: Romans 10:9 and the moment you say yes to Jesus, and Ephesians 2:10 where God calls you His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works prepared in advance. That’s not motivational language, it’s a blueprint for purpose. When we start believing we’re a new creation, our goals expand, our courage rises, and our daily choices finally match what we claim to believe.

We also bring it into real life leadership development. If you’re leading in the workplace, raising a family, or serving clients, you’re not “just there.” We share practical ways to get alone with God, journal with a pen and notebook, and train your self-talk to speak life over your home, your team, and the future you’re called to build. We also point you to a free downloadable PDF on the SELDI Company website under "SHOP" link to help reinforce what God says about you.

If this encouraged you, subscribe, share it with a friend who feels stuck, and leave a review so more people can find it. What’s one old label you’re ready to drop today?

  • "The Priority for Every Leader."
    Apr 5 2026

Your calendar can feel like a master, but it was never meant to replace your compass. We talk about the priority for every leader that keeps us grounded when the to do list is loud: intimate time alone with God. When we rush through prayer or treat Scripture like a box to check, we don’t just lose peace, we lose perspective. Tony Williams shares a personal early-morning moment where his mind was racing, his body felt driven, and God interrupted him with a simple command that changed everything.

We walk through what “time alone with God” looks like in real life: prayer, Bible reading, silence, and listening with a notebook and pen. Tony explains how Psalm 46:10, “Cease striving and know that I am God,” exposed the hidden cost of hurry for leaders. He connects that to Proverbs 3:5-6, showing how trusting God can redirect decision making, even when your instincts feel confident. One of the most practical takeaways is how quiet time can surface wisdom you miss when you lead on adrenaline.

We also explore the link between spiritual leadership and health. When stress pushes your mind ahead of your body, anxiety rises and clarity drops. Tony describes how slowing down brought a measurable shift: a lower heart rate, a settled mind, and “perfect peace” that made the day’s priorities clearer. We close with Matthew 6:33, seeking first God’s kingdom, and the call to lead, serve, and work from the overflow of a heart occupied by the Holy Spirit. If this encouraged you, subscribe, share it with a leader who feels stretched thin, and leave a review so more people can find these leadership development insights.

  • "Guided By God!"
    Mar 25 2026

    Greetings, friends.

If you’ve been drowning in information but starving for clarity, this conversation is a reset. We talk about guidance as a promise from God, not a lucky break, and we anchor it in Jesus’ words from John 16:13: the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of truth who guides us into all truth and reveals what’s ahead.

For leaders, professionals, and anyone trying to make wise decisions, that changes everything. It means you’re not just collecting advice or reacting to noise. You’re learning to discern and to hear God with confidence.

We walk through what it actually looks like to rely on the Holy Spirit for day-to-day direction: praying simple, honest prayers for truth, making space to be quiet, and expecting God to speak.

We also challenge the pace that keeps many of us spiritually dull. When we stay distracted, we miss the guidance that’s already available within us. When we prioritize an intimate relationship with God, we begin to recognize his voice in Scripture, in conversations, and in the moments when decisions are made.

We also share a real leadership story about starting what became the SELDI Podcast with Tony Williams, expanding into a vision from God to launch The SELDI Company, Inc., and how step-by-step guidance shaped the vision, goals, and long-term impact.

Along the way, we connect John 16:13 with Jeremiah 33:3, reminding you that God answers when you call, and he shows you what you don’t yet know, including “what is to come.”

If you’re seeking Christian guidance, spiritual growth, or practical faith for your next step, don’t just listen—take action. After hearing this message, set aside a quiet moment to ask God for truth and clarity about your life and career. Expect Him to respond, and be ready to follow the guidance He provides.

  • "Strengthened by God with Power!"
    Mar 18 2026

    Greetings, My Friends.

The core message is this: our only true help and strength comes from the Lord, not from our own self-effort. In Christian leadership, spiritual growth, and setting God-centered goals, we are reminded that dependence on God is essential.

This message encourages us to root our vision, work, family, and calling in God's power. Ephesians 3:16 reminds us that true strength and clarity come from spiritual empowerment, not from our own resources.

Instead of relying on self-generated confidence, regularly pause to seek God's strength and guidance before decisions or challenges, recognizing that all true empowerment comes from Him.

Invite the Holy Spirit into your routines. Start tasks and respond to challenges by praying for wisdom, renewing your mindset, and trusting the Spirit’s guidance.

This episode calls us to live from the inside out: the Holy Spirit’s power fuels our action. Depend on God’s strength, not your own, for clarity and effectiveness in daily life.

    Remember, God loves you unconditionally.

  • "The Power In Your Song!"
    Mar 11 2026

    Greetings, friends.

Discouragement grows when we focus on it. By shifting our focus away from fear and frustration, we break its power.

Push back discouragement with faith: God can place a powerful song in your heart through the Holy Spirit.

When you face temptation, doubt, depression, or spiritual heaviness, talk intentionally with God. This steadies you and gives you your next step.

Psalm 95:1 calls us to praise and connects spiritual practice to real-life challenges believers face.

Praising God out loud reorients the mind. Ask God for a personal “new song” in difficult times.

A truth sang and repeated day and night, reminding you to trust God even before you see the result.
Expect a dramatic victory from God.

2 Chronicles 20 shows King Jehoshaphat's crisis: fear meets prayer, a promise, and worship as a weapon. The power of praise drives back heaviness and brings God's peace and victory.

If this encouraged you, please subscribe to the channel, share this message with a friend who needs strength, and leave a review below mentioning what “song” you are holding onto right now. Your feedback helps us reach and support more people.

    Praying for you. Victory!

  • “Your Power in Hope!”
    Mar 5 2026

    Greetings, my friends.

When life and work unravels, timely words can revive us.

We share a God-guided encounter with a man whose struggle mirrored our own past. A single promise from God—"May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him"—became a turning point, giving power to move forward.

I explain how that encounter and God’s promise guide us as we put hope into practice, not just theory.

We discuss the difference between happiness and biblical joy, and how peace remains steady even when circumstances don’t change. The Holy Spirit fuels hope from within, and declaring trust—“Lord, despite what I see, I trust You”—reshapes our focus and strengthens resolve.

I offer a simple habit: keep a "promises-from-God" note book. Write what the Holy Spirit tells you, include dates and details, and revisit them when challenges or emotions arise.

Over time, these markers do more than comfort. They retrain your mind, calm your emotions, and encourage courage.

This story-driven conversation invites you to carry hope. Share what God has done for you. Speak life to coworkers, neighbors, and strangers. Let gratitude and praise fill quiet moments, and let trust guide you before results appear.

If you’ve been searching for a next step when everything feels uncertain, you’ll leave with words to pray, practices to start today, and a promise strong enough to hold on to, persevere, and experience how God will make all things new.

If you’re encouraged, join us on our journey. Share it with a friend who needs inspiration. Leave a brief review sharing the promise you’re holding.
