  • Serial Granny - Burlington, North Carolina
    Jun 11 2026

This week, in Burlington, North Carolina, a woman grows in a life, filled with tradgedy, and horrors. As an adult, every person she knows seems to die in unfortunate ways, and ahead of their time. The list includes her father, her mother in law, multiple husbands, a nice lady from work, and the guy who cuts meat at the grocery store, to name a few. But when her 3rd husband is has a mystery illness, that only seems to get worse, detectives do some digging, and come up with evidence of a serial killer at work!!

Along the way, we find out that carousels are more complicated & crazy than they seem, that there is only so much calamity that can happen around you, before people start thinking it might be your fault, and you have to have serious guts, or be seriously crazy, to try to murder someone, right out in the open!!

  • The Mutilated Musician - Kawaihae, Hawaii
    Jun 5 2026

This week, in Kawaihae, Hawaii, nobody freaks out when a beloved local musician disappears, thinking he may be playing some gigs, on another island, or maybe off searching for inspiration. But after a month, the search begins, centering around a local man, with a history of violence & meth dealing. When our musician is finally found, it's a brutal discovery. He's been horribly battered by multiple weapons. Did he accidentally cross a dangerous man, or did the police actually put him on a path to certain doom, because he had some minor criminal problems???

Along the way, we find out that islands have dry & wet sides, that you should never agree to gather information against a dangerous meth dealer, and that a ukulele is no match for guns, and hammers!!

  • Medicine Made Me Murder - St. George, Utah
    Jun 4 2026

This week, in St. George, Utah, when a woman's friend finds the woman's house empty, but with pools of blood on the carpet, and a bullet hole in the window, a massive search begins. It's a real mystery, with everyone wondering where the body could've been moved. A piece of a specific plant, stuck in the woman's tires, leads police to her body, and the horrible discovery of what happened to her, after she died. An unlikely suspect emerges, and he has an excuse that will make this case national news. He claims that the medicine Prozac made him a cold blooded killer... and worse!!

Along the way, we find out that dinosaurs are definitely extinct, that the 1980's was a good time to name your cat "Rambo", and that when you have 14 different drugs in your system, it's pretty difficult to blame one of them for your problems!!

I never listened to podcasts until this one. It's also why my book listening has gone down- I can't get enough of this show and am blasting through the back catalog. Shut up and give me murder!
