    But does enjoying running really mean sacrificing performance?

    Tommy discusses why enjoyment and ambition are not opposites, how obsession with data can damage your relationship with running, and why presence, gratitude, and perspective may actually improve long-term performance.

    This episode is a reminder that you can train hard, chase goals, and care about improvement without losing sight of the deeper reasons you run in the first place.
