This is for the likeminded people who crave connecting over authenticity and meaningful living. This is a space for sharing and encouraging growth and self-discovery — nourishing the spirit, bettering the self, analyzing the human experience, struggle, inspiration, realizations, understanding the nature of reality, and wherever else the mind explores. Created from a journey through depression, anxiety, and OCD and being quite analytical — it has become a mission to encourage and support others and let you know you’re not alone. • regulating the nervous system, breaking patterns, and understanding that THINKING IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE BAD
    Jul 7 2026

[ ep 7 ] HIII FRIEND. okay, I'm tired of operating with an excited nervous system every day and I'm on a journey of rewiring my brain. as an adult, it's challenging to change unwanted patterns that we picked up as children, because humans are very good at repeating their neurological patterns. we must challenge limiting beliefs like "I just have anxiety". we must believe that we can transcend this…and we most definitely can.

let's be real with ourselves. if we know what is good for us why aren't we doing it?! and let's ponder the question...how do we actually change ourselves for the better?

and FINALLY, I wanna discuss what is on the other side of living in fight or flight. to tap into our natural mode of being. in a state of connection to the self and spirit. to be fully present and at peace and to allow creative flow. to let our minds be a tool to help us instead of hurting us.

this episode is a bit different because we are going in with no notes, just the dome.

  • keep giving yourself credit for the small things and be grateful for how far you've come
    Jun 2 2026

[ ep 6 ] I used to write “good job” lists to myself when I was in a dark period of my life…getting out of bed, making a healthy meal, helping another person even when I was unsure I had enough energy for myself, having a moment of positivity even when it was difficult, and so on. I don’t do them nearly as often and find that I’ve been overlooking the small things I do everyday. for one, acknowledging the small makes you aware of how far you have come…doing things without hesitation when they would have taken a great deal of effort before. we also can be focused on lack – the disappointment for not getting to the things we “should have” that day. give yourself the credit and acknowledge all that you do in a day, yes the more obvious, but reflect on even the small!!! we will find that we are doing much more than we think whether it be in our internal or external world.

we can be so focused on progressing to a greater version of ourselves or our lives that we lose perspective. appreciate how far you have come and the blessing of being where you are right now. comparison to a more ideal life or self deters us from seeing how good we actually have it.

  • letting ourselves BE - releasing constant self-improvement and productivity
    May 5 2026

[ ep 5 ] when facing obstacles, it is helpful to find ways to better yourself for the sake of establishing more inner peace. but, efforts for constant self-improvement can become counterintuitive if we never let ourselves have peace in where we are. today we’ll be discussing our need to allow ourselves to simply BE – to exist just as we are and to release all agendas and be immersed in the wonderful world of the present.

we are taking rest from productivity within the self but ALSO from our outer world. the pressure we put on ourselves to be productive is the exact thing preventing us from being in a flow state of creation. this practice of “just being” is intentional time we set aside but can be applied in all moments through the art of not rushing. let's get into it :)

I love you very much, you beautiful creature
