Poetry is an art form that oftentimes can be difficult for modern day audiences to interpret. However, the 101 poems contained in this book have been individually selected to speak directly to the heart in simple language that is easily understood by all. Although Napoleon Hill was not a poet, he read many of the poems contained in this volume and even referred to them in his books. Poets like Edgar Guest, Ella Wheeler Wilcox, Jessie Rittenhouse, Walter Wintle and William Shakespeare were among Hill's favorites.

On the wings of eagles flies his love. Upon their foreheads he puts a sign, each one unique, invisible in design. These, Father, belong to me. Their names shall be written by my blood into the Book of Lamb’s Holy Love. Jezebel, whom Ahab chose to make his queen; did he have any say in that arrangement, anyway? Outside Jezebel is sweet, soft petals, rose red and comfortable in bed. Within her being is a serpent thing. A satanic unction desires to rape and destroy all things good that will not give her power. She serves Baal faithfully week to week, hour to hour.

Lit Soul: My Journey Back to Faith is a collection of poetry written in four sections about love, loss, finding your place in the world, and coming back to what you can’t see, which is faith. It’s an honest telling of poet Jessi’s life from the age of six years old to the present day. It’s having faith again and growing it stronger through each section. It’s a place to find that we aren’t so different after all.

I wrote this anthology over a period of 11 years on and off. This book is borne from an encouragement and cheer ministry I have on the job plus the special gift I have in writing Christian poetry. I have been writing and reading verses and poems to cheer the sick I care for. I added a Bible verse each time, and both were received well and created joy in their hearts.

A sublime book of 31 poems written by Frater Achad. This edition has been fully and completely digitally remastered to be as close to the now out-of-print original. It is a loving work of art dedicated to the memory of the author. Frater Achad was an occultist and ceremonial magician. An early aspirant to AA (the 20th to be admitted as a Probationer in December 1909) who "claimed" the grade of Magister Templi as a Neophyte, he also became an OTO initiate. He worked under a variety of mottos and pseudonyms, but he is best known under his Neophyte motto Achad (Hebrew "unity", אחד).
