Jack West Series

Introducing Jack West a tenacious Houston Homicide Detective, a man who believes even the dregs of society deserve justice. After solving an exhausting murder case involving teenagers, Jack and his partner, Dawson Luck are assigned a cold case dating back 25 years. Houston Homicide Detective Jack West is back from a much needed vacation. Early on his second day back to work, Jack and his partner catch a new murder. A young Hispanic woman is found dead behind a dumpster at her apartment complex. The Medical Examiner's report reveals similarities of their new case with that of a murder investigation headed up by Detectives Xi Chang and Jace Severson. The victims have nothing in common and are strangers. When a third murder victim is found under the bridge on the Buffalo Bayou, this confirms Houston has a serial killer on the loose.
