I’m A.P. Miller, a fantasy and LitRPG author whose work explores gods, power systems, and survival-driven worlds shaped by necessity. My published titles include Soulfire, Shadowfire, and Eternal War, with the LitRPG series Skills of the Sigil currently in development. I write grounded fantasy focused on progression, consequence, and the systems that decide who survives and who doesn’t. — I’m A.P. Miller, a fantasy and LitRPG author who has been building worlds in my head since childhood—long before I ever thought of writing them down. Back then, I called it imaginating. These days, it’s how my stories begin. I grew up in Opelousas, Louisiana, a place that shaped me brick by brick and taught me resilience, awareness, and the value of imagining a future beyond what’s immediately visible. After exploring several paths in life, I eventually sat down one day simply to see if I could write a novel. Within a few months, that experiment became my first published book, Soulfire. Since then, I’ve continued exploring grounded fantasy through Shadowfire and Eternal War, with stories that focus on gods, power systems, and survival—not as spectacle, but as tools for growth and self-understanding. My upcoming LitRPG series, Skills of the Sigil, blends progression systems with deeply human themes, following characters who learn to thrive in worlds that don’t always understand how their minds work. I write for readers who once used stories to escape—and now use them to endure, grow, and believe in what they can become.
