Bruna De Palo is a neuroscience-based executive coach, global keynote speaker, and the creator of the B.R.A.I.N. Leadership Model™. As the founder of Think and Act Differently Ltd, she helps senior leaders move beyond leadership guesswork by revealing how the human brain drives behavior, performance, and culture at work. After nearly two decades in the tech world, Bruna pivoted into coaching and studied Neuroscience for Business at MIT Sloan and other top institutions to provide the best bridge between modern neuroscience and high-stakes corporate reality.
