My new book "What Your Body Knows About Happiness" brings a new twist to the story, looking at how the powerful body-brain loop influences us in ways we never imagine. It's full of surprising insights on how you can be happier and more creative every day. As the editor-in-chief of Parade magazine and the executive producer of many primetime network TV specials, I met and interviewed big stars and political figures. In the novels I've written, I had fun bringing my experiences in these (supposedly) glamorous worlds to my readers. In all my books, my goal is always to make readers happier
