He’s a health & wellness expert, Spartan athlete, podcaster, and mindset coach. He is an 8th generation Son of the American Revolution, a freedom-loving American, and a man of God. He previously operated world-class facilities in wellness, health & fitness, sports performance and rehabilitation. He actively serves in men's and marketplace ministries and was formerly an executive with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
