Sarah Federman is an Associate Professor at the University of San Diego’s Kroc School of Peace Studies. Federman wrote "Last Train to Auschwitz: The French National Railways and the Journey to Accountability," which won a Silver Nautilus Award for Investigative Journalism. “Transformative Negotiation: Strategies for Everyday Change and Equitable Futures” won a Porchlight Business Book Award and was named by FORBES as one of the 10 Best Negotiation Books. “Corporate Reckoning” comes out in April 2026 with MIT Press. Federman comes to this work after a decade as an international advertising executive.
