Todd Wilson is the co-founder and former CEO of Exponential, a national nonprofit that champions church multiplication and equips leaders to multiply disciples and churches. He is also the founder of Multipliers, an initiative focused on activating the latent multiplication capacity within the Body of Christ. Todd has authored more than ten books on church multiplication and personal calling. His book More: Find Your Personal Calling and Live Life to the Fullest Measure offers a simple framework for discovering personal calling. His most recent book, How Did We Get Here? Looking Back to Look Forward, offers a clear, integrated narrative of the modern church growth movement and its 70-year evolution, helping leaders understand how a well-intentioned movement was gradually co-opted into a consumer-driven operating system and how that insight can shape a wiser path forward. Todd was trained as a nuclear engineer before being called into full-time vocational ministry. He now serves as a strategic advisor focused on high-impact Kingdom multiplication. Todd and his wife, Anna, live in the Nashville area. They have two adult children in vocational ministry, two grandchildren, and a loyal dog, Ellie.
