You are the One who watches over me. So I pause here. I allow the day to settle. I allow my thoughts to slow. I bring everything from today into Your hands. The moments I understand. The moments I do not. The thoughts that are still moving within me. I place them with You. And I do not need to carry them into the night. I release the tension in my mind.
